- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I suffer from multiple spinal surgeries, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, osteoarthritis and PTSD. Dr. Ladhani was a referral from my rheumatologist for her chronic pain support group. I reluctantly said I'd go. I am so glad that I did!!! I learned how to reduce my stress, which helped reduce my pain a little. She is a very kind and understanding woman and physician. After getting to know her better I confessed, in her group, that my PTSD was really bad and asked if this contributes to pain as well. She told me that it more than likely was. After the group she took me aside...on her own time and explained a method called EDMR and how it's helped people manage their PTSD. After a very thorough evaluation at my first 1 on 1 visit with her I scored a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10! I saw her twice a month for intensive EDMR therapy for a year and a half. She helped me go from a 10 to a 1 and I'm no longer on any meds for PTSD or depression. She's a kind soul with a big heart. I never felt like I was rushed or just "another patient."
